Harihara's strength is in its deep rooted knowledge acquired in the fields of Metal and Stone idols and cladding from Kumbakonam. When moved to Kerala the legendary AK Kaliappa Chettiar took interest in learning Temple Architecture from the well known Thachans, traditional carpenters, and tried to implement the same in renovation temples. Today Harihara boasts of leadership in Craft in Metal, Stone, Granite and Wood.

But the real strength is the Man power. Harihara believes in the strength of its team. Harihara employs 20 Skilled labour as artisans who traditionally belong to each trade. Let that be a sculptor or a carpenter they all are from families with such heritage and tradition.

Harihara makes use of their skill with the help of modern technology. With state of the art systems Designs are convereted into CAD drawings easier application. Moulds are made for sculpting an Idol with the help of such drawings. Machines are used where ever it is found necessary as it reduces wastage of labour and time.
